<2025 AI Video Contents Contest - Cultural Diversity>
'Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism' and 'Korea Arts & Culture Education Service' aim to enhance the quality and value of K-content amid global interest and trends in the age of artificial intelligence.
We are announcing an AI video content contest inviting works that express the theme of 'New Perspectives in Contents Creation, Cultural Diversity' and we will support content creators where stories about cultural diversity and creativity can be shared.
We request your active interest and participation in the '2025 Cultural Diversity AI Video Content Contest.'

- Applicants must submit works through the submission method designated by the organizing institution, and any disadvantages resulting from missing or incorrect submission documents are the applicant’s responsibility.
- Connection failures, transmission errors and communication problems may occur due to heavy traffic near the deadline, so please submit in advance additional submissions will not be accepted.

- In case of selection cancellation due to disqualification or other unavoidable circumstances, the next-highest ranked project may be selected.

Winning works will be selected in order of highest scores through preliminary screening (document review) and expert evaluation.
Winners will participate in the November awards ceremony and receive a special invitation to the Cultural Diversity Conference.

<Application Process>
Applicants must complete the Arte Academy online courses on cultural diversity. A certificate of completion must be submitted after finishing the online courses.

<Work Specifications>
① Video Work Specifications
- AI-based video content (30 seconds or longer)
(films, broadcasts, advertisements, web dramas, music videos, vlogs, animations, etc.)
- File Format and Resolution : mp4, FHD or higher resolution, flexible aspect ratios
- Production Method : Autonomous creation of video content using AI based on the presented theme
② AI Utilization Scope
- Both filming+AI hybrids and pure AI generation are permitted
(disclosure and consent required when synthetic persons or voices are used)
③ AI Labeling
- When using AI for generation/editing, indicate tools and usage ratios in the work information section
(e.g., AI 40%, Midjourney/CapCut used)
- Comply with checklist
(copyright, portrait rights, and license verification when using third-party works such as music, images, fonts, etc.))
④ Required completion of Arte Academy Online Course
- Foreign participants may submit all required documents in English.
- Korean residents abroad must submit all required documents in Korean. (an English version may also be submitted optionally)
- Children, Youth, Senior, and Foreign category participants must indicate their category in the application.
- Applicants may not apply in both the individual and team categories and may submit only one work.
- Submitted materials will not be returned as a general principle.
