<Precautions>

The use of deepfakes in AI-created works is prohibited. Applicants must personally secure licenses for all AI-related tools used in producing their works.

Previously disclosed works such as those that have won other contests or received grants, are not permitted.

All submitted works must be original creations that do not infringe upon any rights, including the copyrights of others.

  • The host and organizing institutions do not individually verify licenses and other copyrights and are not responsible for any legal issues arising from problems.
  • If copyright, portrait rights, or regulation violations are found, works may be excluded from evaluation. Even after winning, awards may be cancelled, prize money reclaimed, and civil or criminal legal action may be taken.
  • In the event of copyright-related disputes over AI-generated content, all responsibility rests with the applicant, and the host/organizer bears no legal liability.

- When infringement of others' copyrights or proxy applications are confirmed.

- When submitted works damage others' reputation or have negative social impact.

- When there is potential for harming public morals, containing illegal information, or plagiarism.

- When acts that seriously damage public trust, political propaganda, obscenity, defamation, slander, abuse, hate speech, etc. are expressed.

Copyright and all related rights to winning works belong to the creator.

  • In case of joint creation by two or more persons, the names of all participating artists and the copyright ownership ratios must be specified and submitted with the signatures of all parties involved.
  • The host and organizer may use winning works for non-profit promotion, conferences and exhibitions from the time of submission until March 2026; use beyond that period will proceed in consultation with creators.

Non-winning submissions and documents will all be discarded within 3 months after the awards ceremony.

Submitted documents will not be returned, and additional materials may be requested during the evaluation/verification process.

Applicants may file objections to evaluation results or selection cancellation. Objections must be submitted within 3 days of the announcement date via email or by the methods designated by the organizer.

  • If deemed appropriate, submitted objections will be processed through judging committee re-examination procedures and the results individually notified. However, cancellations due to serious reasons such as legal violations, submission of false facts or clear copyright issues take immediate effect regardless of objection filing.
  • When objections are raised regarding winning candidates, final award decisions will be made through expert deliberation procedures and clarification processes.

Matters not specified in this announcement shall be governed by relevant laws, regulations and guidelines issued by related ministries.
